I am running CESM2.1.1 with BC5L45BG --res f09_g16,I have had this problem before and I have solved it by increasing the parameter dt_count in the user_nl_pop namelist from 24 to 48 and set .Buthe atmosphere parameters: clubb_gamma_coef = 0.308 => 0.30800001. but now it has ocurred again
Any help will be wellcome. Thanks.

This is a really big flux error. Try step 2 here in the FAQ. I think you'll be able to see where the problem is originating.
