How is CLM5.0 soil composition composed? Is the sum of clay and sand equal to 100?

Dear all,
At present I want to modify the soil composition ratio of the study area in the CLM5.0 model,But it is not clear which variables (such as sand, clay, organic matter, etc.) contained in the soil composition in the model, and their 10 layers correspond to the soil depth. Thank you experts for answering my questions.

Please see the following sections in the CLM5 technical note. Soil texture (%sand and %clay) and organic matter are specified from the surface dataset. This determines the thermal and hydrologic properties of the soil.

This looks like it's resolved, but is more applicable to the CLM forum so I'm moving it there.
