NetCDF: Attribute not found

I am running Aquaplanet3-CAM6 in my CESMv2.1.3 but the cesm.log script showing up the following issues. That Netcdf error is seen in many input files, I am showing a couple of these here. The model runs without error but fail to generate output netcdf files properly. Please help.
