Problem using interpinic tool on Cheyenne

Hello,

I have been having issues using the interpinic tool on Cheyenne. When I try to use interpinic with the following general line of code:

./interpinic -i <input initial data file>  -o <output initial data file>

I get the following error:

./interpinic: error while loading shared libraries: libnetcdf_c++.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

If I use the same line of code on Yellowstone, interpinic will work. With Yellowstone being taken down at the end of this month, I would like to get some help with this issue. Is this shared library not accessible from Cheyenne?

Thank you,

Sophia

You need to compile the interpinic file for cheyenne, you cannot run the executable built on yellowstone there.
