A question in ensemble experiment

Deal all, I want to do some ensemble experiments in CESM 1.0.3. I have run a control and a single forcing (volcanic forcing) experiments.  And I try to make ensemble volcanic foring experimets. I checked the CESM-LME and find the application of small random round-off differences in the air temperature field at the start of ensember member. But I don't know where to find this air temperature field. How to do it? Or what should I change when starting a ensemble experiment?
