A run time error of CCM3

Hello there,

I know ccm3 is unsupported, but still hope someone can help.

I have a CCM3.6 problem. I have installed CCM3 on ncar ibm(bluesky). When i used the script in the package to do a test for a new run, it works. However, when i tried to restart my run using the restart files which i generated before, it gives me 'ERROR: 0031-250'. can anyone explain what 0031-250 error is?
