Aborting IAGE problem

Hi all, I am presently simulating a glaciation using the B compset and consequently I had to change all the ocean grids etc...The new initials conditions that I obtained for all the components of B case work fine with cesm 1.0.2 versionRecently, I changed to cesm 1.0.4 and I am not able to run the model anymore. POP is aborting due to a problemin the IAGE tracers: 255:------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi Flo,
This error occurs because a discrepancy has arisen between the tracer count determined by POP at build time and the tracer count implied by which tracer modules are listed in pop2_in as being on. During POP's build, POP's tracer count is computed as follows. It starts off at 2, for TEMP and SALT.For each tracer module listed in OCN_TRACER_MODULES in env_build.xml, the count is incremented by how many tracers are in that module. The total tracer count is written into domain_size.F90, over-riding the default value in the ${OCN_GRID}_domain_size.F90.This replacement is done with a sed command in Buildconf/pop2.buildexe.csh and the resulting file is placed in $OBJROOT/ocn/source. You mentioned that you have a changed ocean grid. Do you have a modified version of ${OCN_GRID}_domain_size.F90?If so, perhaps the mods are not compatible with the sed replacement command, causing it to fail, leading to the build using the default tracer count.I'm not sure why this would have changed between cesm 1.0.2 and cesm 1.0.4. If you need some help beyond this, please provide:modifications to ${OCN_GRID}_domain_size.F90, if anylist of tracer modules from OCN_TRACER_MODULES in env_build.xmlcontents of passive_tracers_on_nml from $RUNDIR/pop2_inthe 'nt  =' line from $OBJROOT/ocn/source/domain_size.F90 Keith Lindsay
