about atmospheric reference height

Dear all,
I am running CLM3.0 in offline mode. Where can I modify/set the value of
the atmospheric reference height and the observational height of wind,
temperature and himudity?
Thanks.

Hi,

To modify the atmospheric reference height in clm, you will need to search the code for the corresponding variable and find where and how it is set currently. Similarly for the observational heights of wind, temperature, and humidity. CLM calculates a temperature and humidity at 2 meters above the surface (observational height). I'm not sure that CLM calculates a wind other than the one at the atmospheric reference height.

In case my response seems incomplete, the ccsm support policy allows us to offer users guidance but not do their work. At the clm website you will find a user's guide and other documentation that will help you familiarize yourself with the model.
