About changing methane concentration

Hello, I am running the methane module of the CLM5.0 model. I want to simulate the methane flux in China from 1989 to 2018, but now the atmospheric methane concentration is a fixed parameter atmch4. I want to change the atmospheric methane concentration every year like changing the concentration of carbon dioxide. What should I do？
If anyone has any comments, I would greatly appreciate it！
