about forcing data difference.

Hi, might be too easy question to you..
I am confused when try to test following forcing files in 'user_nl_cam'. One shows error, other one not. What make the difference.? Thanks.

Those forcing files are from very old versions of CESM - the "ghg_ipcc_stab" dataset is from CMIP2 (and no longer in our inputdata space) and the other is from CMIP3 and also probably unsuitable for CAM6.

What forcing files you need depends on what sort of run you're doing. Are you trying a 20th century run (1850-2015) or a future scenario run?

a future run to 2100 with 1850 compset.
