About the order of the index of the production and loss rate in mo_indprd.F90

Hi,Recently, I am trying to add new implicit species in MOZART in CESM1.2.2, and I found something confusing me. The index of implicit species (clscnt4) should follow the index shown in chem_mech.doc, but the index of production and loss rate of the implicit species (in mo_indprd.F90) does not share the same index of implicit species. I am wondering if I can find any document about the order of the index of the production and loss rate of the implicit species. Thanks!Chi-Yun
