Access problems?

I have always been able to execute this sort of command from the linux box I have in my office (tropos.llnl.gov):
svn ls https://svn-ccsm-models.cgd.ucar.edu

When I tried it this morning, I got:
svn: OPTIONS of 'https://svn-ccsm-models.cgd.ucar.edu': SSL negotiation failed: Connection reset by peer (https://svn-ccsm-models.cgd.ucar.edu)

I went over to another machine I have an account on onsite, atlas.llnl.gov, and tried it there. I had to enter my NCAR username and password because it was the first time doing this sort of thing over there, but then it worked just fine?

Can you tell me what needs to be done?

have you repeated the failed attempt?...there was some work done this morning on the svn
server and it may have just been bad timing...
