Accessing CESM 1 documentation

I am having trouble accessing CESM 1.2 model documentation, although the problems exists for all CESM 1.z versions. There appears to be a UCAR login step, and unfortunately I don't have a UCAR login.
If I start from Model Releases | Community Earth System Model and click on CESM1.2 under Past Versions then I come to the screen shown in the picture.
Please let me know if there are guest user credentials, or if I can signup for an account to access this. Note I am not affiliated with any US university.
I am aware that CESM 1 is no longer supported, but hope the documentation could still be accessible.

I see the problem persists. Would anyone have a PDF version of the user manual they could post here?

The www2.cesm.ucar.edu website (where these guides are hosted at) is currently down for maintenance. Working on migrating them to a new server so should have new links soon and will include the PDFs as well.
