Adding chemical sink over certain locations

I’m interested in looking at optimal locations for removing certain molecules in a present day F2000 run. Is there a straightforward way of removing certain molecules from specified locations, i.e. removing x% of CFCs at a location at each timestep? Any guidance you can give would be much appreciated!
