Hello,

The POP output variable 'Q' is described at static stability (d(rho(p_r))/dz). To what does the 'p_r' refer in that term?

My understanding is that, following the notation in Jackett and McDougell (1995), p_r is the reference pressure (which I believe is the in situ pressure).
