Hi all,
I want to do a test AMIP run at f09_gx1v6 through cesm scripts. By default, cesm only provides F_AMIP compset at two resolution: f09_f09 and f19_f19. So I manually added an AMIP composet at res f09_gx1v6 in config_compset.xml as follows. In this test case, I used "sst_HadOIBl_bc_1850-2009_c101029.nc" as sst boundary condition file.
However, the run cased due to incompatible grid resolution between 1x1 degree and gx1v6 in the ocn component initializing stage. Can anyone advise where I can find a sst file on gx1v6 grid, or recommend a way to interpolate sst from 1x1 degree to gx1v6 grid? Thank you.
