AMWG diag on Mac OSX

Hello,

I wanted to report some small changes I had to make to get the AMWG diagnostic package working on Mac OSX. The version I downloaded was amwg_diag_20140207.

1) The first change regards the fact that 'convert' is not correctly found. This is addressed by the first patch.

2) The second change concerns the Taylor diagrams which were not generated. There is a system call in the script that did not recognize the Darwin (OSX) kernel.

For the rest all worked fine.

Try to install ImageMagick on your Mac, that should include the convert command,

Convert is installed by default, however not at the same path as it is on Linux. Therefore the patch (see attachment in previous post)
