./xmlchange STOP_OPTION=nyears
./xmlchange STOP_N=2
./case.setup
(Here I didn't edit user_nl_xxx)
./case.build --skip-provenance-check
nohup ./case.submit &>run.log &
If this is a port to a new machine: Please attach any files you added or changed for the machine port (e.g., config_compilers.xml, config_machines.xml, and config_batch.xml) and tell us the compiler version you are using on this machine.
Please attach any log files showing error messages or other useful information.

Error noted in logs is not detailed enough, so I am unable to investigate the cause of the error. I have confirmed that the/work/zhi/data/CESM-INPUT/atm/cam/chem/tropumozart/emis/megan21_emis_factors_78pft_c20161108.nc file exists and has permission to read it.
