Are these biomass burning files consist of both natural and anthropogenic fires?

Hi,
The biomass burning "bb" files are available at https://svn-ccsm-inputdata.cgd.ucar.edu/trunk/inputdata/atm/cam/chem/emis/CMIP6_emissions_2010climo/, are these files consist of both natural and anthropogenic fires?
For instance, "emissions-cmip6_CO_bb_surface_2010climo_0.9x1.25_c20170322.nc" is the bb file for CO. Does this CO from both natural and anthropogenic fires?
