Hello All,
Hopefully someone can help me out here, I am receiving the following error when I attempt to run my model. I am using the component set "E_1850_CN" for CESM 1.0 on my cluster. I'm using PGI compilers and MPICH 2 to run the model.
ice_comp_mct ERROR: atm_aero must be set for tr_aero
(shr_sys_abort) WARNING: calling shr_mpi_abort() and stopping
Fatal error in MPI_Waitall: Other MPI error, error stack:
This seems to be the last hurdle standing in between me and a functioning climate model. I have been searching through the codes and setup scripts but can't seem to find where this gets set.
