atmospheric moisture budget over land in CESM large ensemble

Hi there,I am trying to analyze atmospheric moisture budget over land in CESM large ensemble. I need two variables at surface, precipitation (P) and evaportation (E), to compute surface moisture flux into the atmosphere, but I am not sure what output variables I should use in order to close the moisture budget.(1) Precipitation: besides PRECC+PRECL (total precipitation rate, liq+ice), should I also include PRECSC + PRECSL (total snow rate)?(2) Evaporation: CAM in the CESM large ensemble doesn't seem to output any evaporation variables (http://www.cesm.ucar.edu/projects/community-projects/LENS/data-sets.html). But I found several evaporation variables in both land (e.g., FGEV with a unit of W/m^2, QSOIL with a unit of mm/s) and ocean (EVAP_F) components. Since I am looking at atmospheric moisture budget over land, should I use QSOIL (Ground evaporation (soil/snow evaporation + soil/snow sublimation - dew))? Thanks a lot.
