Thanks again for your earlier reply. I downloaded the "atmsrf_ne120np4_181018.nc" file and successfully ran gen_atmsrf_SAMGRID01_ne30x4.ncl.

But when running Regrid_topo_SAMGRID01_ne30x4.ncl (VRM_tools/gen_topo/Regrid_topo) need "/glade/p/cesmdata/inputdata/ATM/CAM/topo/ne120np4_nc3000_Nsw010_Nrs002_Co015_Fi001_20180926.nc".

I can't find "ne120np4_nc3000_Nsw010_Nrs002_Co015_Fi001_20180926.nc" in "https://svn-ccsm-inputdata.cgd.ucar.edu/trunk/inputdata/atm/cam/topo/". Could you assist me?

I have put this file in inputdata/atm/cam/topo/se/ne120np4_nc3000_Nsw010_Nrs002_Co015_Fi001_20180926.nc

note that the path is slightly different than what you have.
