I am running CLM 4.5 on ICRUCLM45 with my own climate data, the model built successfully. but when I ran it, the cesm.log file saidseq_flds_mod: seq_flds_x2w_states=
Sa_u:Sa_v:Sa_tbot:Si_ifrac:So_t:So_u:So_v:So_bldepth

=================================================================================== I set LMASK as navy, the mask for all stream files as nomask.  could you please help me on this? the runtype is startup, I realized there is a strange stream file within the CaseDocs/datm_atm_in named as datm.streams.txt.presaero.clim_2000. Does it relate to the error aboved? Thank you very much!

A good way to go about getting things going with your own climate data, is to first do a simulation with one of the standard forcing datasets. And then make sure you have all of the required data as is in the standard forcing datasets. Here it looks like it's not finding the variable "mask" as part of the domain information for your data. The domain data that are needed include: latitude, longitude, area, and mask. It sounds like you are missing the mask for your data. This is just a zero or one to describe if a grid cell is active or not.
