bnd_topo file not in svn repo?

What version of the code are you using? cam6_4_070

Have you made any changes to files in the source tree?

Describe every step you took leading up to the problem:
Line 299 of bld/namelist_files/namelist_defaults_cam.xml specifies the file, atm/cam/topo/se/ne30pg3_gmted2010_modis_bedmachine_nc3000_Laplace0100_noleak_20240720.nc for the bnd_topo file, however, this file does not seem to be in the svn repo. I think this is a recent change in CAM (cam6_4_062 but not documented there?)
Am I missing something or should that file be added to the repo?
