Note the following bug report regarding incorrect background ionization rates in WACCM:http://bugs.cgd.ucar.edu/show_bug.cgi?id=2204This code appears to be present in certain versions of the code used for CCMI, and in development versions of the code that include the updated chemistry, but not in any official CESM release.
