Build Error (undefined reference to ...)

When I try building a new hybrid experiment with CCSM3.5 on franklin, I now get this error message:

etc.....

Any ideas what might cause this error?

Can you build a standard initial case on franklin because I wasn't aware that a hybrid case was a different build
