Build stalls while compiling MCT

I am trying to build an unmodified version of CAM standalone (cesm1_1), compset F and FMOZ, 2deg res on yellowstone.  "cesm_setup" is successful and when running the build script it begins compiling mct and apparently stalls.  I attached the mct.bldlog that shows where it stalls before I manually terminate the build.  The longest I've waited for it to proceed past building mct is about 30 minutes.  Has anyone come across this before or have an idea what might be causing this issue? Thanks,Dan

Hi Dan, We have a similar problem on yellowstone when the compiler license server is down.    Try building a simple hello_world type program.
