Building a new topography using definesurf for CESM

I want to produce a new topography for a CESM1.0.5 F-compset simulation as described here:

https://www2.cesm.ucar.edu/working-groups/pwg/documentation/cesm1-paleo-ug/near-modern/atmosphere

So far, only older versions of definesurf are provided which do not produce SGH30. Without the new field, the test simulation did not run with the new topography. My file looks like that if I use the tool from the paleoclimate toolkit (expand_ccsm3_setup_tools_110319-NR-120316/atm/definesurf-svn.100709):

ICE6G_topo_0.9x1.25_remap_15kyr.nc
-1 PHIS surface geopotential [m2/s2]
-2 SGH standard deviation of 10-min elevations [m]
-3 LANDFRAC gridbox land fraction
-4 LANDM_COSLAT land ocean transition mask: ocean (0), continent (1), transition (0-1)

The required definesurf tool should be available somewhere as also the standard topography (USGS) would require it:

USGS-gtopo30_0.9x1.25_remap_c051027.nc
-1 PHIS surface geopotential [m2/s2]
-2 SGH standard deviation of 10-min elevations [m]
-3 SGH30 standard deviation of elevation from 30s to 10m [m]
-4 LANDFRAC gridbox land fraction
-5 LANDM_COSLAT land ocean transition mask: ocean (0), continent (1), transition (0-1)

Does anybody have the new definesurf tool or know where I can get it? Its not on the svn repository

Cheers,
Frederik
