Building WACCM

I am a new user of WACCM.
When building the WACCM source code, is there any necessary supports (I have installed the NetCdf ) to be installed?

It depends on which type of platform you're running on. You will need all the relevant libraries of mpi for example if you are running on parallel architecture.
