Hi,I am interested in doing some palaeoclimate simulations looking at the role of vegetation changes and would love to have some carbon isotope diagnsotics to compare more directly to the existing observations. I'm using CESM 1.2.2 and the website states that the carbon isotopes in the land model are a new scientific feature in it, which has got me excited. However, I'm at loss about how to actually turn them on. I have been trying with clm4.5, but would be satisfied using c13 with clm4.0 instead it that's easier. So far, I've tried adding a '-c13 on' flag to the configure scripts, but the configure scripts tell me this is not a valid option. I've also found references to a raft of C13 diagnostics in the online guides, and have tried just turning them on, but get an error message saying this is an unknown diagnostic. Is it actually possible to run with carbon isotopes within the land model in the released version of CESM 1.2? If so, would someone be able to provide some pointers to help me get it started.Chris
