Calculating vertical level for given height

Hi Everyone,Please help me in finding the vertical sigma level in the cam 4 model for a given height.Although the documentation tells something about calculating it using pressure with the following equation,p (i,j,k)= A(k)P(0)+ B(k)P_s(i,j) The coeffcients A and B are not very clear. Please help me in getting through. Thank you very muchRegardsAditya
