calculation of meridional wind at 10m

I am trying to calculate meridional wind at 10m(V10). The zonal wind at 10m (U10) is directly available in CAM history file but this is not the case for V10. could anyone help me to calculate V10?Thanks in advance!

U10 isn't the zonal wind component at 10m, it's the windspeed at 10m. The only way to calculate near-surface winds is to use U, V, and PS and interpolate to the height you want. The problem is that surface roughness, friction, etc. aren't considered with that approach.
