Hello , How do I identify the default dataset for the FC5CLUBB run .Also I suspect that /atm/cam/inic/fv/cami-mam3_0000-01-01_1.9x2.5_L30_c090306.nc is the netcdf file containing the default values.Can someone give me a hint for the same RegardsPratha

The initial condition for the atmosphere won't matter as teh atmosphere is spinning up. YOU can use any file that has the same vertical resolution
