Hello,
I am trying to run a CAM simulation with prescribed SSTICE data from GLORYS12 reanalysis product (from 1993 to 2020) which has 1/12 deg resolution (later we will interpolate this to 1/10 POP grid).
I realize that the time diddling is necessary to match the monthly mean between input data and model output results, and was advised to look at the model directory's
'cesm2/components/cam/tools/icesst/'. It looks like that this tools requires the interpolation to be done before creating the bc-file with diddling (please correct me if my interpretation is wrong). However, I only need to do the time diddling (basically make sst_cpl and sst_cpl_prediddle to be different), as I already have the climatological mean data in the resolution that I want. Does anybody has an experience on performing this time-diddling tool? Any help or tip would be very appreciated as I am kind of lost.
Thank you!
