CAM stand alone build scripts bug for CESM1.0.5 release.

There is a known problem with the CAM stand alone build scripts for CESM1.0.5. If you use the CESM build scripts such as create_newcase, this
doesn't affect you.

If you need to use the stand alone scripts you'll need to do the following.

1. Download the tar file cam_build_fix.tar from http://www.cesm.ucar.edu/models/cesm1.0/cam/cam_build_fix.tar.
2. Untar the file in models/atm/cam/bld. This will replace configure, Makefile.in and config_files/definition.xml.

DON'T use this on other versions of CESM.

Hi! Do you know if there is a stand alone script for running CAM 3 on yellowstone? I have tried altering a couple of old CAM scripts to work on bluefire and although I think it is building properly, it will not run. Your help would be greatly appreciated. I have attatched a copy of my build script (which also builds the run script). Thanks!
