CAM5 macrop park physics mixing ratio violated

I am running CESM 1.2.2 using CAM5 AMIP compset. I changed the sensible heat flux and latent heat flux over the ocean. At day 5, cesm log showed lots of similar errors as below at same location, eventually it stopped with NaN value in macrop park physics. QNEG3 from macro_park/Q:m=  1 lat/lchnk=   2514 Min. mixing ratio violated at    1 points.  Reset to  1.0E-12 Worst =-2.0E-05 at i,k=   6 30 QNEG3 from macrop/Q:m=  1 lat/lchnk=   2514 Min. mixing ratio violated at    1 points.  Reset to  1.0E-12 Worst =-2.0E-05 at i,k=   6 30 QNEG3 from macro_park/Q:m=  1 lat/lchnk=   2657 Min. mixing ratio violated at    1 points.  Reset to  1.0E-12 Worst =-2.0E-05 at i,k=   8 30 QNEG3 from macrop/Q:m=  1 lat/lchnk=   2657 Min. mixing ratio violated at    1 points.  Reset to  1.0E-12 Worst =-2.0E-05 at i,k=   8 30 ERROR: shr_assert_in_domain: state%t has invalid value                       NaN  at location:             6            1 Expected value to be a number.(shr_sys_abort) ERROR: NaN produced in physics_state by package macro_park.(shr_sys_abort) WARNING: calling shr_mpi_abort() and stoppingI tried to reduce time step, but it showed same error. What's wrong with the macrop physics? How may I fix this? Thanks!
