CAM6 ncdata on f45 grid?

Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone has or knows where I can find a CAM6 initial conditions file on the f45 grid. For reference, I am trying to run the B1850 compset with the f45_g37 resolution (I'm aware this combination is not scientifically supported). I thought I found the right initial condition file at '/glade/p/cesmdata/cseg/inputdata/atm/cam/inic/fv/cami_0000-01-01_4x5_L30_c090108.nc', but it turns out this is for CAM5 with only 30 vertical levels.

Please see the forum posting : f45 configulation in CESM2 which points you to how to get started on creating your file. The f45_g37 grid is not only not scientifically supported, it is no longer even used in our testing, so we do not have a initial condition file for your use.

Thanks for your reply. The final message of the forum posting you sent has a link to CESM2 documentation that appears to be broken. Do you know where in the documentation I can find instructions on generating my own input files? Thank you.
