Can 2-deg restart files be changed into 3-deg?

Hi all,

I would like to do some simulation in coarse resolution, but currently I only have restart files for f09_g17 and f19_g17, is there a way to convert this to f10_g37 resolution?

The f10_g37 is described as atm:10*15, lnd: 10*15, ocnice: gx3v7; mask is gx3v7.

you can set the finidat (i.e. initial file) of your coarse simulation to a restart from another simulation and the model will perform the interpolation for you.

I am aware of this only in the land model, but I may be wrong...
