Can control run of ocean model be run on the CCSM4

Now I am running the model CCSM4. And I have tried to install the CESM1_2_0 in my machine, but it failed. I can run the climatology run of the compset B(one compset of the ocean part) on CCSM4, but how can i run the control run? Is there anybody run the control run of ocean model  on CCSM4?Thank you very much.
