Can I use very low resolution of CESM2.1.3 ? Is it supported now?

Dear all,

Based on my understanding, very low resolution (e.g. T31g37) is no longer scientific tested in CESM2, is that correct?
If I want to use such low resolution, which reference case should I use? I tried B1850G and seems like I need to setup input files by myself, which will take quite a long time.

Thanks very much

Hi,
T31g37 is no longer scientifically tested for CESM2. The lowest resolution that's testing is f19_g17, for a fully
couple model. We have no reference cases for a resolution lower than that, that I know of.

Thanks for the reply, I have a feeling that CESM is abandon paleousers since they dont need such high resolution...
