Cannot resubmit my job automatically on yellowstone

Hi all,
I'm running cesm1_0_3 on Yellowstone with resubmit set greater than 0 in my "env_run.xml" script . However, my job couldn't be resubmitted automatically whenever it's done.I'm wondering do I need to specify anything else in order to get my job resubmitted automatically?Here are my scripts on Yellowstone:1. /glade/scratch/cytsai/CESM/CESM_exp/RyanExtend/Ext21-23/rcp8.5_projext_4200_v2/env_run.xml2. /glade/scratch/cytsai/CESM/CESM_exp/RyanExtend/Ext21-23/rcp8.5_projext_4200_v2/rcp8.5_projext_4200_v2.generic_linux_pgi.run Any thoughts would be appreciated! Thanks
