Case build fails on machine Mira

I created a case using       create_newcase -case mohTest -compset I_2000_CRUFRC_CLM45 -res f09_f09 -mach mira on mira. When I build the case cersm.buildexe.csh fails  Here is the error when I cat the log.  I'm not really sure whats going on. Somehow you got a threaded and non-threaded build mixed up - shr_reprosum_mod.F90 appears to have been built with -qsmp=omp but cesm was not.   But that isn't the only problem -There is a known problem in 1.2.2 on mira - you need to remove -DnoI8 from the Macros file.  The default pe layout for this compset is an awful configuration on mira, try the attached env_mach_pes.xml instead.  (The first pe-layout that I attached did not work, here is one that does)
