CEMS aqua planet run error- case.submit

Dear All,

I am facing an issue while ./case.submit in aqua planet run. I am getting an error:


Opened existing file /scratch/17cl91f01/cases/input/atm/cam/inic/fv/aqua_0006-01-01_1.9x2.5_L32_c161020.nc 65536
NetCDF: Start+count exceeds dimension bound
pio_support::pio_die:: myrank= -1 : ERROR: pionfget_mod.F90: 426 : NetCDF: Start+count exceeds dimension bound
application called MPI_Abort(MPI_COMM_WORLD, 1) - process 1


Please help me out to resolve this.

This sounds like a mismatch in your grid choices and your input files. Moving this to the simple model forum.

I don't think this is an aquaplanet problem so much as a CAM problem. I think a software engineer should weigh in.
