for paleoclimate simulations I want to use CESM 1.2.2 at the Levante cluster (HLRE-4 Levante) and I thought the porting was successful until I realised that if I run the model on different PE layouts I get significantly different results.
I am testing with compset B1850C5CN, with the rsolution f19_g16 and f09_g16 .
The support team of Levante checked my set up and could not really find the issue with my configuration, so I suspect it might be something model specific.
Can someone advise me on what to check or how to build the model to have identical results with different PE layouts?
