CESM Initial Conditions for the RCP4.5 and RCP8.5 Scenarios

Hi,I'm planning on doing a simulation using CESM version 1.2.2 for the years 2017-2022, 2027-2032, 2037-2042 and 2047-2052 following both the RCP4.5 and RCP8.5 scenarios. So I am planing on use the STRATMAM7 fully coupled configuration similar to the B_RCP4.5_CAM5_CN component set. Please anyone let me know, where I can get the initial condition files that better represent the time period and configuration I'm interested in ?
