CESM LE cice remapping

Hi,

I have been trying to analyze the snow albedo ('albsno') and solar absorption ('fswabs') variables in CESM LE (where the cice component is on the 'g16' grid). Usually, I remap the pop data to a 1x1 deg. field with no issues; however, here, the data is split into the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, and the NC file that I usually use for remapping (map_gx1v6_to_1x1d_bilin_da_100716.nc) cannot handle this.

Any idea how to remap these ice variables?

Thanks

Sorry that I missed this. The best way to deal with this is to put them back onto the global grid (320x384). Then it is straightforward to remap.
