CESM Runtime error, log and build files are erasing

Hi,I trying to build CESM and getting this strange error while doing $CASE.run ($CASE.run logfile attached)i dont know why this is happenning. attached a cesm and $CASE.run log file if i invoke $CASE.run again getting this errorXML::Lite:Your XML document must begin with a root element.LockedFiles/env_build.xml.locked has been modified and is different than the LockedFiles versionenv_build file has changed, setting BUILD_COMPLETE to FALSEXML::Lite:Your XML document must begin with a root element.XML::Lite:Your XML document must begin with a root element.XML::Lite:Your XML document must begin with a root element.ccsm_getenv error  if i do $CASE.clean_build giving this error XML::Lite:Your XML document must begin with a root element. ccsm_getenv error ./cesm_setup --clean XML::Lite:Your XML document must begin with a root element.i cant even clean the build and clean the setup please help me get rid of this
