CESM1.1.z - Problem and fix when running create_clone

Affected Releases - CESM1.1.zFixed in CESM1.2.z(Bugzilla 1594) When running create_clone to duplicate a case from another source tree, I
noticed that the variable CCSM_MACHDIR is not updated to the new tree. Use the attached
version of create_clone to fix. Be sure to save the file as create_clone and not create_clone.txt
in you case directory.
