CESM1.2.1 can create new case, but CESM1.2.2 has problem.

Dear all, If I create new case by CESM1.2.0 or 1.2.1, it has no problem. But if I update the version to 1.2.2, input the command ./create_newcase, I can get the error information as below: WARNING:
  The perl module XML::LibXML is needed for XML parsing in the CESM script system.
  Please contact your local systems administrators or IT staff and have them install it for
  you, or install the module locally.  I am sure our cluster has perl, but I don't know why I met this problem when use version 1.2.2. My system is Linux, component is B_2000_CAM5, resoulation is f19_g16. Best regards,Dachao
