This problem occurred when I ported CESM1.2.2 on the simulator. What is the reason? There was no problem with the migration of cesm2.2 on the same simulator before, and there was a problem with cesm1.2.2. However, my netcdf installation and environment configuration were fine, and gmake was version 3.8.2, which was also installed.
